Dunkin’ Donuts Perks

In the beginning of the year Dunkin’ Donuts announced their national re-launch of their loyalty program – DD Perks. “The launch included roll-out of the program in 5600 restaurants across the U.S. with promotional materials driving to the newly launched DDPerks.com.”

I had the pleasure of helping out with the creative of this national roll out that integrated and enhanced Dunkin’s loyalty program, and was in charge of designing the responsive layout for their “Create an Account” page. To put it in a nutshell they needed a high-res (for all those wonderful retina displays out there) responsive page design to sign up for their Perks program. We championed mobile optimization and responsive design to cater the ever growing accessing of DDPerks.com from mobile and tablet devices.

The sign up process and pages feature drop down forms, updated toggle buttons, a carousel of rewards that DDPerks features, new and usable forms that are “finger” friendly, helpful slide up transition hints if the user gets stuck, and the power to add money to an already existing card, or purchasing a whole new card in general.
